CrossFit Oakville is a community based strength and conditioning facility. We believe in offering a balanced approach to fitness, scaling to the individual, and promoting quality over quantity.

Our programs are designed to take anyone from the beginner to the advanced athlete and guide them towards their own fitness goals, safely and effectively.

Not Your Typical CrossFit Gym

Intensity must be earned, and it starts with great resistance training and basic periodization so that clients actually see improvement week to week.
